PP Woven Bag

PP(polypropylene) woven bags are produced by interweaving polypropylene tapes in two directions, they are known for their strength and durability. They are tough, breathable, cost-effective bags, ideally suited for packaging agricultural products like grains, pulses, seeds and sugar, as well as products as diverse as sand, fodder, chemicals, cement, metal parts, etc.

Advantages/Characteristics of PP Woven Bags

Tear resistant, reducing costly losses of products and reworking costs Can be laminated or non-laminated Custom two-sided printing is available.

Available with or without liner

Bags may be heat cut, cold cut or hemmed top

Available in any colour or transparent

Widely used for products needing to breathe (preventing mould or decomposition)

Usage of PP Woven Bags

Grain, Animal, Feeds, Pulses, Nuts,

Sugar, Seeds, Fertilisers

Bopp Polypropylene Bags

Polypropylene (BOPP) bags are produced by laminating a reverse-printed film into a woven fabric, which is then manufactured into a bag. BOPP film is reverse printed, resulting in a protected interior print (between the film and laminate/woven fabric), which will not scratch or be easily damaged during normal use. The BOPP bag's appeal includes dimensional stability, maximum water resistance, and high-impact graphics that improve marketability, as well as optional anti-skid features.

Agricultural Film

Coating PO Treatment

The three/five-layer co-extruded PO film is produced by improved advanced equipment and special raw materials and additives. The production process is that a special antifog liquid additive is applied to the film surface and then dried. The agent will be left to the surface of the film. In this way, it is possible to synchronise the function and service life of the agricultural film. This is jumping progress in AG film history. The five-layer co-extruded agriculture dry coating PO film is the ideal agricultural film for long-life cover.

Black/White Agricultural Film

Black/White Agricultural Film

These agricultural films are manufactured using high-density materials and advanced technology. These films are thick, strong, and resilient to severe environmental conditions, but also very soft and flexible to fit the silo perfectly and reduce air pockets. It can effectively keep an anaerobic environment within the silo to ensure better quality feed and less spoilage.

Features and Benefits

  • Superior tear and puncture resistance
  • The multi-layer film with enhanced strength
  • Soft and flexible
  • Outstanding oxygen barrier qualities
  • Easy-to-install

Applications

Warehouse, greenhouse film for mushroom, silage cover, silage bag, etc.

Mulch Film

Clear mulch films are used to keep the water in the soil and heat the soil.

Black films absorb and block radiation to suppress weed germination. It is suitable for use as a ground cover or softened cultivation in areas and seasons where grass is heavily damaged.

These three-layered films are silver on the side facing up and black on the side facing down. The silver colour reflects radiation to prevent the overheating of seedlings, plants, and fruit, enhances photosynthesis and repels pests; and the black colour prevents the penetration of light and reduces the germination of weeds.

Regular holes are formed during the producing process. Holes are used to plant crops, thus reducing labour intensity and avoiding manual punching.

Black and White Mulch Film is usually black and white. The white mulch film is for cultivation. The crops under the white mulch film can absorb sunlight and therefore grow fast. The weeds under the black mulch film grow slowly due to the shortage of light. Black And White Mulch Films can adjust the temperature of the soil, and make the growth environment stable to increase production.

Biodegradable mulch film is a new kind of ground covering film that is decomposed by the action of microorganisms under natural environmental conditions. This kind of film can be customised according to the temperature, precipitation, humidity, and other natural conditions of the use area and the target coverage period of crops. The film can be automatically decomposed after reaching the covering time, and no manual recovery is required. This not only saves labour costs, but also effectively prevents the residual mulch from causing pollution and damage to the soil.
